On my last trip to Colorado Springs I finally managed to gain access to the Air Force Academy to get some pictures of the chapel. This has been on my list of places to photograph for a long time. Much to my surprise I was also able to go inside and take photos. I had no idea it would look like this, I was just stunned. The stained glass gave it that bluish purple glow through out that whole chapel. Let just prey they can keep the wild fire away from chapel, I read that the fires are close to the Air Force Academy.
