Monthly Archives: October 2011 I was looking through all my photos last night trying to decide which one to post. Then I saw this one and thought “This is the ONE!” Funny thing is I don’t remember this photo. I believe the was taken out the car window as I was driving though Chinatown in San Francisco, CA.  Hope everyone had a great weekend, I wish it would have been longer. Friday night after work I drove up to my usual spot for Palm Beach skyline shots. I got there just after sunset and the sky was amazing as you can see. I liked it so much I changed my header to this…  This was taken on 9-10-11 the day before the 9/11 ten year anniversary. I didn’t realize it at the time, but as I was editing this photo I realized just how empty the streets were. I think this is the one place were more people and cars (cabs) in the photo help make the shot….  I had it all planed out to take a tour of Fenway Park during my trip last month. When I got there, I was told there was no tours because the park was only open to the Make A Wish kids for the day. I guess I have to go back to Boston again Fenway…  This photo has been floating around for over a year now. It was one of my favorites when I first took it, but by the time I started MyUglyPhotos, I didnt care for it anymore. Over the weekend I decided to redo this photo and share it with the world.  I took this last summer at a bed and breakfast in Big Pine Key. The water was so calm, its hard to believe that your looking at the Atlantic Ocean. The only negative about this was it was taken as I was leaving for home. |
